Instance Automatics are exhibiting, on stand 15, for the first time at the ACOS show. They are the official UK and Ireland distributors for UNIS Games, and will be making a big impression with one of their centre-piece machines, Lane Master, a video bowling alley that makes use of sensors to translate real rolls into the software. Lane Master comes with 3 monitors, one for each player (the game supports multiplayer), and an additional monitor in the middle marquee area that shows the scores for both players. This monitor also allows the operator to display custom promotional video/image content.
The show-stopper on the Instance Automatics stand will be the Omni VR Arena, a new kind of virtual reality experience which allows full freedom of movement in the game and full body control of the experience. Employing a series of omni-directional treadmills, the arena allows users to explore a programmed world from a single location. The treadmills sync with the simulation software, adjusting the user’s position based on where they are within the reality that they are simulating. This allows them to interact with the virtual world just as they would with the external one, creating an experience that is virtually indistinguishable from reality.... this piece of kit is something else, and has recently seen the first UK installation at Resort World Birmingham. Come along and experience this amazing virtual reality for yourself.
Instance will also have on their stand some great eye-catching, money earning vending machines, perfect for the pub environment including Discapa Stations, Telephone Vendor, Chupa's Stairway and Jurassic War.
Also on show will be a range of cranes aimed at the inland operators, from small Prize Every Time cranes to compact percentage controlled cranes that are aimed at, and blend in to the Brewery environment.
